I am a beginner at Yoga.  I am very active and have many joints in my body that have been injured over the years playing college hockey, golf and racquet ball sports. My improvement has exponentially gotten better at each session with Nicoleta. I am able to also learn about the philosophical side of yoga as she is very well versed in all aspects of yoga. Nicoleta is very patient and yet firm in teaching the science and motions of yoga.  She has compassion for her students and really cares to see her students thrive. As a part of my work with Nicoleta, she incorporated a VIP day into my program. What I thought was going to be a day of yoga introspection and some laughs actually turned into something quite spectacular. During our day spent together, Nicoleta tended to every detail making sure the day was perfect. We began by doing some morning yoga at the beach. She also took me to lunch, brought me gifts, and was completely turned into my needs and tended to my comfort at every turn. She examined every single detail in order to ensure my physical, spiritual and emotional needs were met. It was truly a spectacular day. Nicoleta is so special and so giving and has a delicate way of stretching you, while at the same time comforting you and nurturing you. She is truly a master of her trade as well as a delightful beautiful soul.

Nicoleta Metta is an amazing teacher! I have had difficulty with insomnia for over 3 years. I also have bipolar disorder and have been in nine psychiatric hospitals. I came to Nicoleta disheveled, full of anxiety and tension and stress, and a general feeling of disease and depression. Nicoleta initially calm me down and then brought me to this incredible stillness of the mind that I had never experienced before. I don't even know how to describe it to you. You only have to experience it yourself through her. She is very experienced and very intuitive it will know how to heal you. Learning to meditate with Nicoleta is a wonderful experience. She helps me to be present in my body and allow all thoughts to flow without judgement in my mind. Her soothing voice and supportive nature make me feel more at peace and present during the mediation. Overall, learning to meditate leaves me feeling more grounded, accepting, and loving.

I have practiced online Meditation with Nicoleta for over one year. Nicoleta is an amazing and devotional teacher. After several sessions I‘ve become more relaxed and more peaceful. Words cannot express everything that I have experienced. Prior to the Reiki course, I had met Nicoleta for a Reiki session since I had never had any Reiki done before. She’s simply amazing, very knowledgeable and seeks to the depth of your soul since connecting is so important. The day of the Reiki training class I was a little nervous because I like to be on top of things and I didn't know what to expect. It was amazing sharing course with other 3 ladies and Nicoleta’s guidance was beyond healing. I took the course mainly for personal healing reasons and I’m still in awe on how the clarity I had been seeking for so long started revealing itself in the weeks to follow in the most unimaginable ways. I had my first distant Reiki session with Nicoleta a few days I ago. She gave me a 45 minute energetic reading consultation first and then we went into the Reiki healing part. I feel a huge shift in my energy. After just one appointment I am more calm and balanced already. I would definitely recommend her! She opened my eyes in so many ways. After having my very first Reiki session with Nicoleta a few weeks ago, I saw she was offering a 101 course on Reiki. My experience with her was so amazing that I immediately signed up. Last night’s Mindfulness Meditation workshop was amazing! This was my first exposure to this form of meditation, and I came away from the session with an overwhelming feeling of calm and serenity that has stayed with me, despite a very stressful family situation. That I was able to meditate for 45 minutes with your guidance was incredible to me. It didn’t feel nearly that long! Yoga on the Beach - 10+!

What a special morning! We found Nicoletta quite by accident (or was it?!) and had a magical morning on the beach. I loved that we didn’t repeat the same things over and over. Nicoletta has a calmness and joy for yoga that radiates from her. It was a beautiful setting and a fantastic experience!
