I began working with Nicoleta to re-energize my divine feminine energy which had been dormant over the last several years. Between career choices and some bad relationships, my male energy was my driving force. I was seeking to bring balance and harmony to my life.

The journey so far with Nicoleta has been extraordinary to say the least! Not only has she re-ignited the divine feminine energy in me, she has taught me how to see the world through my heart. Not only has this changed the way I view everything, it has changed the way I communicate with the people I encounter on a daily basis.

Nicoleta is a very gifted woman passionate about her work. She creates this sacred space that allows you to share your thoughts and moments with confidence. I would strongly encourage anyone who is looking to establish love and happiness in their life to reach out to her. We owe it to ourselves to be happy!

I spent two days as a novice to Yoga with Nicoleta. She was very gentle, calm, organized and shared her expertise with a generous spirit. I highly recommend her if you are visiting Florida or live in Florida.

I have such gratitude for Nicoleta Metta’s arrival at Loggerhead Fitness to teach Gentle Yoga. I have been taking her class regularly for around 15 months. I look forward to it every week and am sad when I have to miss it.

Highlights of her classes include that she begins with a generous practice of guided mindful breathing and a mindful body scan. I’ve found that this opening increases my awareness of my body and my breath both throughout the class and during my practice at home. Also, Nicoleta gives frequent reminders and encouragement to make the class my own, to modify as I need for my body. Nicoleta is extremely aware of every student in the room and offers gentle, encouraging coaching as needed. Her awareness of how we are doing is remarkable.

I highly recommend Nicoleta Metta as a yoga teacher.
