One of my favorite places to teach Yoga is on the Beach

Practicing by the Ocean allows us to use Mother Nature’s meditation cues: the rhythmic flow of waves crashing, the sound of wind blowing by, and even the smell of saltwater will help us relax, focus and completely clear the mind. 

The experience of Meditation is like never before.

Also we will feel very calm & grounded the rest of the day
