Meditation
I have been practicing Meditation from a very young age and developed a passionate practice of Vipassana Meditation beginning in 2014 . Since then I have completed 8 courses each 10 days of Silent Meditation and beyond grateful my life has completely and happily transformed. I have been teaching Meditation privately and to groups and successfully helped hundreds of people to benefit from the power of Mindfulness Meditation.
We all seek peace and happiness.
Yet we do not live in a peaceful and happy world.
We desire one thing and it’s not happening~ mind gets agitated.
Undesirable things are happening and we don’t like it~ mind is disturbed.
We cannot control the world but we can take charge of our own world.
How to come out of this agitation??
And how to come to real peace and happiness??
