VIP DAY- CALM CENTERED FOCUSED MIND

This is an acceleration process of restoring calmness, bringing peacefulness and creating a balanced mind.

▫️We will look to the beliefs & mental programs that hold you captive into a hamster wheel, release those patterns and mindsets to create space for the present moment through mindfulness and awareness shifting back to a centred mind.

▫️You will learn how to remove the impurities of mind with the principles of powerful breathing, mindfulness and compassionate heart, as these are the keys for embodiment of an equanimous &  peaceful mind

What we will cover 

⚪️Reconnecting with your Life Force, your Breath. Practising Breathing techniques & meditation you will learn & understand the power of your breath, how to use it and utilise the maximum capacity of your breath so you can regain and ground abundantly the life force within the body.

⚪️The Power of Mindfulness – you will learn the principles of the Present Moment, the Laws of Nature and how to establish a powerful Mindfulness routine in your every day life as well as how to be successful in a Mindfulness Meditation practice

⚪️Metta Meditation- this is a beautiful meditation practice that will help your mind to let go of control and surrender completely to your Heart. This tool you are about to learn will be the sweetest balm for mind and body

SO WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS THROUGHOUT THE DAY?

PRE VIP-Day 

✔  We discuss your goals, where you’re struggling and where you need the most help

✔  We will both have action items and things to prepare for so we can utilise our time together best!

VIP DAY

This is the fun stuff! We will have clear objections and an outlined schedule that I will prepare for in advance.

✔  We do a 6 hour intensive session from 9AM to 4PM with a one hour flex time

✔  In the middle of the day, we’ll break for lunch and in the middle of the morning and afternoon session we’ll have a short break to regroup.

FOLLOW UP CALL 

✔️ A complementary 45 minute call in the next month following up to your VIP day to reconvene and see how you’re doing.

✔  You’ll also have 30 days of email support after your VIP day.
