About Course
The Crown Chakra, known as Sahasrara, is the highest chakra and represents pure spiritual connection.
Located at the top of the head, it governs our relationship with higher consciousness, divine awareness and universal unity.
Unlike the other chakras, the Crown cannot fully be explained through the mind — it is experienced through direct awareness.
When balanced, we experience wisdom, bliss, unity and reverence for life itself.
